The best way to answer this is that on every update you'll get about what an employee could realistically deliver in 2 days. Most updates are fairly chunky paired with a Loom video walkthrough explaining our thinking. Updates vary in size, we keep communications open at all times.

You can’t do that with a full-time hire.

Nope! You can line up as many requests as your heart desires in your Backlog, and we’ll complete them one at a time.

For sure! You get one (1) active request per one (1) subscription you have.

So, if you’d like to have two (2) active requests at a time, you would need to have two (2) active subscriptions. We call this “stacking” subscriptions. It’s a great way to get more done, even faster.

Whenever a new task is moved into the active state, you’ll have some designs to review within two (2) business days.

We don’t limit how big or small a task has to be. That being said, if it’s a bigger task, it’s likely that your first update would be a more bit-sized deliverable. Either way, you’ll still get a juicy update. For those bigger tasks, it may just take a few updates and feedback cycles until the task would be marked as “done.”

We use Figma almost exclusively. It allows collaboration between our team members and clients. Not to mention developers tend to love it when something’s gotta get moved over into code.

Meetings and calls have their place, but we’ve found them to be less useful, and generally a waste of time, in this era of great async communication tools. Conducting our communication through Loom, Trello, or even email has proven to be much better for both our clients and for us, enabling everyone to be more productive with their days.

No problem at all! The great thing about the subscription is that we can revise your designs until you’re 100% happy with the result.

You’ll find a dedicated link in your Trello board to manage your subscription. You’ll login with the email used to sign up for the subscription. From there, you’ll be able to download invoices, and pause or cancel your subscription.

We recognize that your design needs might not span an entire month. You might currently have just a couple of design requests in mind. This is where the option to pause your subscription proves valuable.

As an example: suppose you enroll and actively use our service for 21 days, after which you choose to pause your subscription. In such a scenario, the billing cycle will be put on hold. As a result, you'll have 10 unused days of service that you can utilize in the future whenever you need.

No problem at all! You can simply pause your subscription when that task is completed. When you have more design needs, just pick up where you left off. There's no need to let any of your subscription go to waste.

Unfortunately not.

Because of the significant creative demands in delivering top-notch design within such short amounts of time, we find it challenging to forgo compensation for our time.
